My objective is to publish easy-to-understand and scientific information and reference materials for professionals, young colleagues and everyone interested in HR and mobility.

I worked more than 20 years in business life while I studied continuously. I have tried to implement theoretical knowledge and professional methods into everyday practice.

Based on this, when selecting the issue to be discussed in my doctoral thesis (Workforce mobility in Hungary), I found important to investigate the reasons of current problems of the Hungarian workforce market at present, and based on the research results, to help managers of companies, HR professionals and settlement leaders dealing with regional development providing them either practical solutions or advice.
