„Nothing occurs by chance” – Although we have mentors and helpers in our career…, but what is our role in our career and what can we expect from others? Discussing these thoughts, I would like to talk here what career means for us and how we can recognize the way we have to choose and what shall we do for our self-fulfillment, i.e. for fulfilling our dreams.
